TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Your trip includes three beautiful nights to enjoy the Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas.
During registration, you can make a request for an extension if you wish to extend your stay at the Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. A team member will contact you to confirm your arrangements. Note: additional nights will be at your own expense, and you will be responsible for all expenses related to your extension. We have negotiated a special rate of $395 (plus taxes and fees per room, per night) for our program participants, which is available for three days post-program, subject to hotel availability.
If you would like to book air travel for your guest, kindly fill out the travel request during registration, and we will be happy to assist. Note: airfare for your guest will be at their own expense.
Hotel arrangements and airline reservations will be made by the MPress26 Concierge Team based on your registration information. Our team can be contacted at +1 (650) 396-3508 Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (PT) or via email at mpress@meetingsthatwork.com.
Once your flights are booked, any changes to airfare or additional land accommodations will be at your expense. Please inform us immediately if you are unable to attend the program. If you have arranged for post-extensions and cannot attend, you will be responsible for any cancellation penalties incurred.
TRANSPORTATION
Round-trip transportation will be provided to and from the Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) to the Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. Upon arrival, proceed past baggage claim, exit the terminal, cross the pickup lanes, and continue to the covered awning at Station Square #3, where our travel staff will be holding MPress26 signage with the event logo waiting to greet you. From there, you will enjoy a 1-hour drive to the Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. You are responsible for your own transportation from your home to your local airport.
If you are extending your stay at another hotel pre/post-program, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation.
PASSPORTS
If you are not a U.S. citizen, a passport is required to travel to Mexico. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your length of stay in Mexico. This means your passport should not expire before May 20, 2027. It is your responsibility to renew your passport. We urge you to renew your passport at your earliest convenience as the process can vary from a week to a couple of months. The MPress Concierge Team will not be held responsible for expired passports, nor any costs resulting from denied boarding due to improper documentation. Attendees are responsible for making sure their passports are valid at least 6 months from the date of their return flight home.

GUESTS
We invite you to bring one adult guest to join you for the event. Their registration includes hotel accommodation with you and access to hosted functions, however, the cost of their airfare is not included. To book your guest, proceed through registration and click on ‘Add a Guest’. If you would like our Air Partner to book your guest's air travel, kindly fill out their travel request during registration. Due to the nature of the program, we ask that if you bring a guest, they are 21 years or older.
GENERAL ATTIRE
The attire for the week is resort casual. You will receive additional information regarding the dress code in your final mailer package.
For activities, we recommend that you dress comfortably. Please pack closed-toe shoes and proper clothing to protect you from the sun since most activities are outdoors. You will receive more information regarding the specific dress code for your selected activity in your final confirmation details which will be sent to you approximately three weeks before your arrival.
